Link Whisper is my favourite tool for internal link building. It provides you with internal link suggestions that are relevant. It integrates well with the biggest page builders. It doesn’t seem to reduce the speed of your site and you’ll give your pages a little boost in the rankings. There is a free version but I recommend the paid version as it saves you a ton of work time you can use elsewhere like in building backlinks.
