Tailwind App Reviews
Let’s have a look at what Tailwind users say about it.
Tailwind App users seem to love it and consider it superior to every other tool in the market. They find it user friendly and have experienced a positive impact on their social media accounts. They are also satisfied with their customer service.
I only managed to find a handful of negative reviews but do not consider them as reliable.
One user complained about getting charged even they had cancelled the service. Tailwind explicitly state in their Terms of Service that “subscriptions are non-refundable and continue to renew each period automatically unless the account is downgraded”.
Another user claimed that their Pinterest account got de-activated for spam. They didn’t provide a sample of their content though so we cannot argue with confidence that it was Tailwind’s fault and the user’s. Tailwind is an official Partner of Pinterest so I find it hard to believe that it was their fault.
I use Tailwind for both my Pinterest and Instagram accounts and have never experienced any issues.
